La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n \u00abSEIBE<\/strong>\u00bb es el ente gubernamental encargado de implementar la educaci\u00f3n de los pueblos y las nacionalidades en todos los niveles y modalidades, seg\u00fan lo establece la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica del Ecuador.<\/p>

Conforme la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural y al Decreto Ejecutivo 671 emitido por el Sr. Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Guillermo Lasso, como instituci\u00f3n somos una entidad aut\u00f3noma, responsable de la planificaci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n, control y coordinaci\u00f3n de las instancias especializadas en los niveles zonal, distrital y comunitario del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n<\/strong> a nivel nacional.<\/p>

La Secretar\u00eda tiene entre sus atribuciones visibilizar y fortalecer la cosmovisi\u00f3n, saberes y lengua de las 14 nacionalidades del pa\u00eds y el pueblo afrodescendiente, a trav\u00e9s de la ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje de los modelos educativos: MOSEIB – Modelo del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y METAFE – Modelo Etnoeducativo Afroecuatoriano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
