data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quito, 22 de junio del 2025.- R\u00f3mulo Antun titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n junto a Diana Mej\u00eda representante del Banco de Desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe \u2013 CAF en Ecuador, mantuvieron una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con el prop\u00f3sito es fortalecer estructural y pedag\u00f3gicamente la educaci\u00f3n intercultural biling\u00fce y la etnoeducaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la implementaci\u00f3n de un proyecto de inversi\u00f3n en el marco del convenio de Cooperaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Interinstitucional que mantienen las dos instituciones.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa, forma parte de la agenda de desarrollo sostenible e inclusi\u00f3n regional, contempla la ejecuci\u00f3n de cuatro componentes estrat\u00e9gicos:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Mejorar las condiciones de infraestructura, dotaci\u00f3n de recursos educativos y equipamiento t\u00e9cnico y tecnol\u00f3gico de las instituciones educativas del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n, con pertinencia cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edstica, accesibilidad, seguridad, promoci\u00f3n y permanencia educativa.<\/li><li>Innovar las capacidades pedag\u00f3gicas, interculturales, ling\u00fc\u00edsticas, digitales del cuerpo docente de las instituciones del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n, desarrollando competencias en contenidos, metodolog\u00edas activas y uso pertinente de tecnolog\u00edas, para impulsar la revitalizaci\u00f3n de lenguas y la aplicaci\u00f3n efectiva de los modelos educativos.<\/li><li>Consolidar integralmente los procesos educativos de la educaci\u00f3n intercultural biling\u00fce y etnoeducaci\u00f3n mediante la implementaci\u00f3n sostenible, territorial e innovadora del MOSEIB y METAFE, integrando la investigaci\u00f3n de las lenguas, conocimientos tradicionales, saberes y ciencias ancestrales de las nacionalidades y pueblos afroecuatoriano y montubio.<\/li><li>Implementar, ejecutar, realizar seguimiento y monitoreo del proyecto.<\/li><\/ul><p>Antun, en el marco de esta reuni\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cel objetivo central del proyecto es garantizar el goce pleno de los derechos colectivos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de los pueblos y nacionalidades ind\u00edgenas, afroecuatorianos y montubios, beneficiando directamente a 18.541 \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27 86 \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2c \ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc29\ud835\udc1a\u201d.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, destac\u00f3 que \u201cesta cooperaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica ofrece a la SEIBE la oportunidad de ampliar y proyectar los conocimientos y tecnolog\u00edas, fortalecer las capacidades locales, promocionar el desarrollo sostenible y mejorar las econom\u00edas de las comunidades educativas alejadas del casco urbano.\u201d<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>El proyecto de inversi\u00f3n al que se ha denominado Innovaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n contempla un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de tres a\u00f1os a partir de 2026, con una inversi\u00f3n aproximada de USD $ 60.000.000.<\/p><p>Con estas acciones la SEIBE busca mejorar de manera integralmente las condiciones f\u00edsicas, pedag\u00f3gicas, ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y comunitarias de las instituciones del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como, garantizar una efectiva aplicaci\u00f3n del Modelo del Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce (MOSEIB) y el Modelo Etnoeducativo Afroecuatoriano
