para fortalecer la transparencia y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en el sistema EIB<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a34abaa class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n (SEIBE); y el Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (CPCCS) suscribieron un convenio interinstitucional orientado a fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, la transparencia institucional y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en el Sistema de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El acuerdo tiene como objetivo establecer nexos de colaboraci\u00f3n y acci\u00f3n conjunta mediante el trabajo participativo de la SEIBE en los espacios de promoci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, as\u00ed como, en procesos de formaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidos al sistema EIB y en acciones de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n, de conformidad con las competencias de ambas instituciones.<\/p><p>Con esta alianza interinstitucional, ambas entidades reafirman su compromiso con una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica \u00e9tica, participativa y orientada al fortalecimiento de la institucionalidad del Estado en beneficio de los pueblos y nacionalidades del
