class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Quito, Ecuador<\/strong><\/p><p>La m\u00e1xima autoridad de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n (SEIBE), <strong>Jos\u00e9 Atupa\u00f1a Tocto<\/strong>, particip\u00f3 en el <strong>Primer Congreso Nacional Andino \u201cVoces de Territorio\u201d<\/strong>, un espacio de di\u00e1logo regional orientado a la actualizaci\u00f3n de la Carta Andina para la promoci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos, impulsado por el Parlamento Andino.<\/p><p>El evento reuni\u00f3 a representantes de pueblos y nacionalidades, autoridades y actores sociales, con el objetivo de fortalecer procesos de articulaci\u00f3n, armonizaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n colectiva en torno a los derechos y el desarrollo de los territorios.<\/p><p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el secretario destac\u00f3 que <strong>\u201cla educaci\u00f3n intercultural biling\u00fce se construye desde los territorios, con pertinencia cultural y ling\u00fc\u00edstica\u201d<\/strong>, enfatizando el rol fundamental de las comunidades en la consolidaci\u00f3n de modelos educativos propios.<\/p><p>La participaci\u00f3n de la SEIBE en este espacio reafirma su compromiso con la generaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas inclusivas, el respeto a la diversidad cultural y la promoci\u00f3n de una educaci\u00f3n que responda a las realidades de los pueblos y nacionalidades del Ecuador.<\/p><p>Este tipo de encuentros fortalece la cooperaci\u00f3n regional y posiciona a la educaci\u00f3n intercultural biling\u00fce como un eje estrat\u00e9gico para el ejercicio pleno de derechos y la cohesi\u00f3n social en la regi\u00f3n
