jueves 27 de octubre, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el acto de asignaci\u00f3n de ganadores del \u00abConcurso de M\u00e9ritos y Oposici\u00f3n para docentes del Sistema Educativo Intercultural Biling\u00fce\u00bb con la presencia de Mar\u00eda Brown P\u00e9rez, ministra de educaci\u00f3n, R\u00f3mulo Antun, secretario de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n, 47 representantes de pueblos y nacionalidades, docentes y miembros de la comunidad educativa.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Brown, en su intervenci\u00f3n indic\u00f3 \u201cEn este proceso hemos procurado ir haciendo algunos ajustes para tener la asignaci\u00f3n de los docentes con el dominio de la lengua que corresponde, y es por supuesto para nosotros un gran paso el\u00a0incorporar nuevos maestros que tengan las capacidades, las competencias y hayan pasado por este proceso transparente, contribuir al fomento y desarrollo de la educaci\u00f3n en sus comunidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mar\u00eda Bel\u00e9n Palacios, subsecretaria de Desarrollo Profesional Educativo en su explicaci\u00f3n del algoritmo de asignaci\u00f3n de ganadores se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cestamos dando cumplimiento a lo establecido en la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural, desarrollando un concurso en un plazo de 60 d\u00edas como establece la norma\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Este algoritmo toma en cuenta tres par\u00e1metros para realizar el c\u00e1lculo de ganadores: nota de m\u00e9ritos (formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, experiencia laboral, formaci\u00f3n continua e investigaci\u00f3n); nota de oposici\u00f3n (conocimientos espec\u00edficos, evaluaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica) y las bonificaciones (residencia, discapacidad, migrante retornado, ex educador comunitario, encontrarse contratado por m\u00e1s de 2 a\u00f1os, h\u00e9roes y hero\u00ednas\/excombatientes, residentes en franjas fronterizas).<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Antun manifest\u00f3 \u201custedes son las personas en territorios y por eso es importante que est\u00e9n observando esta adjudicaci\u00f3n de nombramientos nuestros profesionales de las diferentes nacionalidades y pueblos, este es un trabajo que se viene realizando \u00a0desde el inicio de la gesti\u00f3n de este Gobierno, es tiempo de empezar a trabajar, porque estamos teniendo\u00a0 las oportunidades para dictaminar nuestra educaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan nuestra cosmovisi\u00f3n, nuestra lengua y todo esto compaginado con la educaci\u00f3n del sistema universal\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La SEIBE mediante estos concursos de M\u00e9ritos y Oposici\u00f3n busca fortalecer la Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n a favor de las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes de las diferentes nacionalidades y pueblos del
