Y su aprobaci\u00f3n bajo dictamen de prioridad emitido el 6 de enero, 2023, representa un hito importante sobre el avance de las pol\u00edticas en temas educativos.<\/p>\n<p>El primer proyecto de inversi\u00f3n \u201cImplementaci\u00f3n de la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n Afroecuatoriana\u201d, contempla incorporar los conocimientos, saberes e historia del pueblo afroecuatoriano en los procesos de ense\u00f1anza \u2013 aprendizaje, as\u00ed como efectuar estrategias contra la discriminaci\u00f3n racial.<\/p>\n<p>Con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s $ 1.170.000,00 el proyecto, en 2 a\u00f1os, prev\u00e9 la repotenciaci\u00f3n de las Unidades Educativas Guardianas de los Saberes y el posicionamiento del Modelo Etnoeducativo Afroecuatoriano, \u201cMETAFE\u201d. Del cual se beneficiar\u00e1n 312 instituciones educativas del Sistema Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n (Sistema Intercultural y Sistema Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n), ubicadas en las provincias de Esmeraldas, Carchi, Imbabura, Guayas y Pichincha.<\/p>\n<p>El Modelo Etnoeducativo Afroecuatoriano, es una propuesta metodol\u00f3gica que busca descolonizar y se fundamenta en la solidaridad, en la defensa de la vida planetaria y c\u00f3smica, en el goce de los derechos humanos, en las relaciones saludables y amorosas por ello es eco-bioc\u00e9ntrico.<\/p>\n<p>Desde la filosof\u00eda hol\u00edstica del Ubuntu, ense\u00f1a la \u00e9tica y pol\u00edtica de la vida en comunidad y la defensa del bien com\u00fan, bajo el principio de \u201csoy porque somos\u201d, para la existencia individual y colectiva en alegr\u00eda y felicidad, respetando los procesos individuales de aprendizaje, la promoci\u00f3n flexible, acorde con los calendarios y horarios del contexto urbano y rural.<\/p>\n<p>La Implementaci\u00f3n de la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n Afroecuatoriana\u201d es un aporte para el sistema educativo nacional, que desde la Secretar\u00eda nos comprometemos a <strong>seguir innovando para lograr construir el pa\u00eds justo e inclusivo que queremos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Direcci\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"excerpt\">Quito, 15 de enero de 2023 La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n Intercultural Biling\u00fce y la Etnoeducaci\u00f3n, impulsa acciones para la construcci\u00f3n del estado Plurinacional e Intercultural, desde la educaci\u00f3n, fortaleciendo los saberes de los pueblos que coexisten en el Ecuador y constituy\u00e9ndolos en un aporte para el desarrollo del pa\u00eds.
